Introduction:

Built in 2008 and 2009 but based on an exotic oriental junk, Halong Phoenix Cruiser the model of the old Vietnamese court vessels with sails, a wide transom and rectangular super structure, luxurious, traditional styling paired with sophisticated modern facilities and comforts. The junk boasts romantic wooden fixtures, a multitude of windows to make the most of the amazing views and a spectacular upper deck for your total relaxation. All cabins are air-conditioned and have windows overlooking the bay. From the moment you step on board the Halong Phoenix Cruiser you will feel pampered. 

Itinerary

2 days 1 night program

DAY 01:  HANOI - HALONG BAY - PHOENIX CRUISE (L/D)

08:00: Get picked up at your hotel in Hanoi, then transferred to Halong Bay with 15 minute break en route.

11:30:  Arrive at Halong city.

11:45 - 12:00: Get aboard Phoenix Cruise ship. Be greeted by Phoenix Crew and Cruise Manager.

12:00:  Welcome Cocktail - cruise briefing, safety instructions, check-in cabins.

13:00:  Enjoy a fresh seafood lunch (vegetable menu available) would be served while the boat is gliding out.

14:00:  A short tender ride from the middle of the bay to an island for the famous Sung Sot Cave, followed by fun kayaking around the area.

17:00:  As the sun sets over the bay, you are free to swim from the boat or just relax on sundeck with your favorite drink.

19:00:  Dinner is served with typically local seafood. Overnight on board. 

DAY 02:  HALONG BAY - HANOI (B/L) 

06:00:  Start a new day by enjoying the beautiful sunrise on Halong Bay. Be ready with your camera for a stunning vista in the serene bay.

07:00: Visit an island and relax on its beach, or walk up to the top for the panoramic view of the anchorage area.

08:00:  Learn recipes and techniques that go into the most popular dish of the Vietnamese food on sundeck just before lunch time. Lunch is served when cruising back to the harbor.

10:45:  Arrive at the wharf. Cruise disembarkation.

11:30:  Drive back to Hanoi.

16:30:  Get dropped off at your hotel in Hanoi. Tour ends! 

3 days 2 nights program

DAY 01:   HANOI - HALONG BAY - PHOENIX CRUISE (L/D)

DAY 02:  HALONG BAY CRUISING & KAYAKING (B/L/D)

06:00:  Start a new day by enjoying the beautiful sunrise on Halong Bay. Be ready with your camera for a stunning vista in the serene bay.

06:30:  Enjoy a breakfast on boat.

07:30:  A kayaking support boat will take you further to the Southern end of Halong bay to anchor in the tranquil beauty of Lan Ha, away from the overcrowded water area. Learn some basic paddling techniques, then make your own strokes and private beaches hopping.

12:00:  Enjoy a BBQ lunch on beach (if the tidal condition permits).

13:00:  Continue exploring the bay: swimming on private beaches, kayaking for more deserted lagoons and exploring quiet floating village.

17:00:  Take in the views in the cool of the afternoon as the last rays of the sun cast reflections over this beautiful area.

18:30:  Dinner is ready to be feasted. Overnight on boat 

DAY 03:  HALONG BAY - HANOI (B/L)
 06:30:  Enjoy breakfast.

08:00: Continue the cruise trip to visit Titop Island and relax on its beach; it is optional to walk up to the top for the panoramic view of the anchorage area.

09:30:  Brunch is served on the way back to the harbor.

10:45:  Arrive at the wharf. Cruise disembarkation.

11:30:  Drive back to Hanoi.

16:00:  Get dropped off at your hotel in Hanoi. Tour ends!
